Accessibility Notice and Feedback Procedure

LAST UPDATED: JANUARY 14, 2026

0. Why this notice is deliberately incomplete

We want to be transparent about the state of our accessibility. Hireeo designs its interface following good accessibility practices, but has not yet completed a formal audit against the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines by an independent third party. This notice therefore describes our commitment, our goal, and our work in progress — not a full conformance certification. We will update it as we make progress.

1. Accessibility commitment

At Hireeo we work to make our service accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We build our interface with semantic components (Next.js, semantic HTML, and Tailwind CSS) following good accessibility practices, aiming to approach the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines. This is an ongoing effort, and we improve accessibility progressively.

2. Known limitations

We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit, so barriers may exist that we have not yet identified or corrected. Below we describe the findings detected so far in our internal review; we will keep this list updated as we make progress and carry out the full audit.

2.1. Findings subject to confirmation

Based on static inspection and subject to confirmation by the runtime audit:

  • Some forms may not correctly announce field labels to screen readers.
  • Form error messages may not be automatically announced to assistive technology.
  • The messaging chat may not have all required accessible labels.

3. Accessibility feedback channel

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email us at accesibilidad@hireeo.app describing the barrier, the page or feature affected, and, if possible, the device or screen reader you were using. You may also request content or service in an accessible alternative format. We review every report and prioritize fixes based on their severity and impact.

3.1. Feedback follow-up

We confirm receipt of each accessibility report within 5 business days and follow up on it. We assess the fix based on its severity and impact and keep you informed of progress where appropriate.

4. Audit and corporate standard

We adopt the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines as our accessibility reference. We have not yet completed a formal third-party conformance audit; when we do, we will update this notice with the results. In the meantime, we review accessibility on an ongoing basis through internal testing and good development practices.

4.1. Channel implementation

The feedback channel described in section 3 is available at accesibilidad@hireeo.app. Anyone can use it to report barriers or request accessible alternative formats.

4.2. Applicable standard

Our reference standard is the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines. We work to approach that level across our public website and administration panel; we do not yet claim full conformance, as an independent formal audit has not been completed.

5. Local legal review

Hireeo works to make its site meet the accessibility standards recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, although it has not yet completed a formal third-party conformance audit. Accessibility obligations may vary by jurisdiction, and this notice describes our general commitment.

5.1. Jurisdictional obligations

This notice applies to Hireeo's public website and administration panel. It does not cover content published by third parties (for example, photos or descriptions uploaded by Providers) that is outside our direct control. Specific web-accessibility obligations may vary depending on where you use the service.

6. Personal data rights

You may exercise the data rights recognized under applicable law — such as access, correction, and deletion — by writing to legal@hireeo.app. Response deadlines and the applicable rights depend on your state, including laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA; there is no single federal data-protection authority.

7. Cooling-off or withdrawal rights when applicable (B2C)

There is no general federal cooling-off right for these transactions. State-specific rules or rules for particular transactions may apply, and mandatory applicable law will govern.

8. Dispute resolution

This notice is governed by applicable United States law. Any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), and you waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
