1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, listing a service, or subscribing to a plan on Hireeo, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

Hireeo is a directory and marketplace that connects Clients with Providers of manual services. The contracted service is agreed and paid directly between the Client and the Provider, outside the platform. Hireeo does not take part in that transaction, does not hold the service payment, and does not charge a commission on its value. The only charge Hireeo collects is the Premium plan subscription described in section 3, billed to the Provider through the payment gateway used in their country.

3. Listing and Premium plans

• Basic listing is free.
• Premium plans are paid and grant search priority, a "Pro" badge, and greater visibility.
• Fixed duration: there is no automatic renewal.
• Payments: processed securely through certified payment gateways.
• Cancellations and refunds: no refunds are issued for unused periods once the service has started.

4. User obligations

You must:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Hold any legal permits required for your trade.
• Not post illegal, fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hireeo is not liable for damages, losses, claims, or issues arising from the use of the platform.

6. Modifications and termination

We may modify these terms (we will notify you by email or on the site). We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for serious violations.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law. Any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
